job site?
A: Yes, we will make an appointment to go over measurements and
cabinet locations.
Q: What affects the cost of my kitchen
project?
A: Different countertops, hardware, type of wood, and kitchen size
all affect the cost.
Q: Who is responsible for the tear out
and installation of my new kitchen?
A: A contractor is needed for the tear out. We can install
your new kitchen at additional cost.
Q: How much time is needed between a
contract and delivery?
A: You should allow 6 weeks between a contract and delivery but we
will work with you on a time frame.
Q: Who is responsible for the delivery
of the new kitchen cabinets?
A: We will deliver all cabinets.
Q: Do you build your own countertops?
A: Yes, we build laminate, solid surface, and wood countertops.
Q: Who do I contact with problems?
A: We will address all problems to your satisifaction.
Q: When is payment expected for my new
kitchen?
A: We require 1/2 down when signing a contract and the balance upon
completion of the project. Any additions to the project after
a contract has been signed will be accessed on the final payment.
Q: Why do you require a down payment?
A: This is to guarantee we don't have added expense with unusable
cabinets if your plans change. If you go to a chain store,
full payment is required before you take delivery of your cabinets.
